So, you're pretty smart, and think you could compete with the brains behind Quext? If the answer is yes, then we'd love to hear from you. While we don't have any formal education requirements, there are few things we're looking for in potential Quext Operators:

•  Excellent grasp of English Grammar
•  Basic comprehension of Maths (nothing Einstein like, don't worry!)
•  Good knowledge of the Internet and how to get accurate information quickly
•  Access to a Broadband connection
•  Ideally, you'd have a specific area of expertise, but don't worry if you don't!

This isn't a normal job, so there isn't the normal application form. In fact, there isn't an application form. If you're interested in working for Quext, please send us an email containing:

•  A small statement about why you'd be a great Quext Operator (about a Paragraph)
•  A recent CV, which includes your contact details
•  A small factoid - basically, something which you think we won't know or have heard of!

Once we've received your application we will go through it and gape in awe at your fact. After we've gotten over the factoid, we may invite you to take part in our online quiz so you can get a feel for the kind of questions we get here at Quext!

There are few little disclaimers we should let you know before you start:

•  you will be registered self-employed and responsible for your own tax
•  there are no minimum set hours you have to work each week
•  you will be paid piece-rate for the answers that your provide
